I’ve been a regular at The Daily Cafe for quite some time, but I’m deeply disappointed after my recent visits. The quality and service have drastically declined, and it's unfortunate to see a once-promising spot fall so far. The first issue was the pathetic attitude of the servers when we would dine in. The lack of attention and poor service was consistently frustrating, which is why we eventually stopped dining in altogether. Thinking things might improve, we placed an order for spaghetti, only to find it was so excessively spicy and salty that it was completely inedible and caused stomach issues. Hoping this was a one-off incident, we gave the cafe another chance today, only to find strands of hair in the Tres Leches. Trying to call the cafe to provide feedback, is always met with immediate hang-ups. Once they realized that you are raising a complaint, they wouldn’t pick up the phone again. The quality of food, the attitude of the staff, and the overall service have all gone downhill. It’s clear that this once "hyped" cafe is on its last legs. I no longer have any faith in this place and have completely lost all trust. The Daily has gone from a place we loved to somewhere we’ll never return to again. Very, very disappointing.
