Once the promenade around the Shibananda Dham is over, visit Fuji. Ignore other places, discover the Japanese menu at this bar. In comparison with other restaurants, Facebook gives Fuji a below average rating.
A restaurant which delivers sushi should pack them well. If they can’t pack it in containers that can hold the sushi in place, they should not make it available for delivery at all! Just look how the Sushi is packed in a tin foil container! They could not even spare a smaller container to put the wasabi and the ginger in! I don’t think the delivery boy is at fault here. When one serves sushi in a tin foil container, of course it will get smushed! Fuji should learn from Wasabee on how to pack and deliver Sushi. Otherwise they should not keep it on their delivery menu!
This restaurant is overly priced. The quality and quantity of the food is in no way reflective of the price on the menu. The salmon sushi tasted good, but that's the only thing that seemed worth the price. The pork ramen bowl priced at 700 (without gst and 10% service charge) had a single slice of boiled egg and also the flavour of the miso broth was not good. The rice bowl had just 2 pieces of prawn. To sum up not very happy with the quality and quantity of the food and would not recomend if anyone want's to have authentic Japanese food.
