I generally don’t give bad reviews. After thinking a lot I decided to put the review I can understand my negative review might hurt the business however I felt it’s important for the owner to understand where she is wrong. This cafe is in my neighbourhood I have been many times and l liked it coz it’s nice and quiet you can have coffee and relax. One day I decided to meet my uncle in cafe as I wanted to discuss something personal. The owner was there I never understand she gets ways to hyper with guests. While I was sharing matter with my uncle I was feeling very nervous uncle hold my hand he was giving me pray so I don’t get nervous. Owner came running and start saying is it some kind of healing going I don’t allow all this here . she was all panicking than she started telling me someone was doing tarot card reading other guests were complaining and her stories went on and on . Than I can hear shouting at staff . Than latter one of my other friend came and joined we were discussing serious matter now owner decided to sent waiter . And the waitress was constantly taking arounds in the room . It was making us so uncomfortable. It’s not we were doing something wrong all we were sitting and having conversation. It’s my suggestion not to get personally involved in business this much and stay relax . I can see it’s her first time running cafe I never had this experience ever in any kolkata cafe . Cafe is open for public we weren’t anything which create any public nuisance so don’t know why she was panicking .. Advice for the owner to relax Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
