I visited The Wall yesterday with high hopes, and while the food was genuinely good, the overall experience for the buffer was completely ruined by the staff’s behaviour.From the beginning, the staff seemed disinterested and impatient. When we mentioned that we wanted to try all types of desserts, they openly mocked us — which was not only rude but incredibly unprofessional. Throughout the meal, we were repeatedly told to "finish the starters" and "move on quickly" to the main course, as if we were on a timer.It felt like they were rushing us through the meal and not allowing us to enjoy at our own pace. On top of that, they refused to serve all the desserts together despite our repeated requests. The worst part? We overheard staff making disrespectful comments behind our back - judging how we were eating and what we were asking for.This kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable in any restaurant, no matter how good the food is. A dining experience is not just about taste - it’s about how you're treated. Unfortunately, the staff at The Wall need serious training in customer service and basic respect.Would not recommend visiting until their service standards improve drastically.
