Their patri was overcooked and burnt, and pabta in thali was uncooked and raw. One of the staff was laughing to see me struggling to eat served dishes. What was worse, they turned the light off while I was eating. Lastly, they don’t understand English at all. Never visit . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to have lunch at Kalapata. You can call it a Standard Pice Hotel. Took Mutton Meal priced at ₹400. Taste was fairly good. But I felt the price was expensive according to the items they served. Should have been at least two vegetable curry items in the thali. Mutton Curry was tasty, soft and well cooked. Service and management were extremely poor and unprofessional. The stuffs were not expert and active enough to serve food and cleaning on time. I had to wait to get a seat even beside an empty table for like 10mins. Even I ordered Aam Panna to quench my thirst but later they completely forgotten. I was so dissatisfied so I couldn’t feel like reminding them. Ambience was okay. Overall experience was Average. Other pice hotels provide far better service than this one.
