Today 12th of April , midnight 2 am , I called brownie heaven Royapettah to check the availability of the cake and to pickup from the outlet, the person first refused and then accepted, we checked the price on Zomato as well as swiggy the cost of chocolate truffle 500 grams was 550 something (actual price) even the person on the phone told 550. But after going there, the person asked to pay 650 to a phone number, i asked why it is 650, when it's mentioned 550, he told that the outlet price differs from swiggy Zomato and tried to just hide the lie, then with no option I had to pay 650. Is this the way your employees cheat the customer? I have bought several times from brownie heaven but this time, I'm feeling worst, the cake was not worth for 650 and why such lies? To steal extra money from customers. Kindly look onto this Service: 1
