I initially ordered a Tiramisu cake from Brownie Heaven through Swiggy, but was informed that it was out of stock and a Choco Truffle was sent instead. However, since I didn’t want the Choco Truffle, the team went above and beyond by arranging the Tiramisu cake from another outlet—at their own expense through poter app.Truly one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Their genuine concern for customer satisfaction really stood out, and the cake was absolutely delicious. Highly appreciate the effort and hospitality!
