Hi all, Very embarrassing to write a review on The Accord Metropolitan hotel,chennai. The worst experience I faced was from the staff of The Accord Metropolitan, chennai.These guys lack patience. Booked a table for Buffet lunch in Royal Indianaa 3 days in advance through Zomata. We were 4 in a family who were supposed to have our lunch there on Sunday.We have reported to Mr. Gokul at The Royal Indianaa at 12:05 pm on Sunday,November 2 nd 2025.We were asked to wait for few minutes. After a long wait,I 've again asked Mr.Gokul for my table. Surprisingly I was told that my table that I booked 3 days earlier has been cancelled. The reason was that the staff has called me for confirmation at 11:30am on 3rd November (sunday) and as I couldn't answer their call , they have immediately cancelled my table . The staff couldn't even wait for 30 minutes before cancelling. They have called me at 11:30 am, I've reported there at 12:05 pm.Its just a matter of 35 mins. Even the Manager couldn't arrange a table for us.I haven't seen such a pathetic, irresponsible staff. Immediately,I have booked a table for buffet lunch in another prestigious 5 STAR HOTEL . There the staff has arranged us a table even at the neck of the moment.The hospitality of that hotel is no way compared to The Accord Metropolitan, chennai. I've been to many hotels like ITC GRAND CHOLA,THE LEELA PALACE, NOVOTEL, HILTON, TAJ, THE PARK etc..where we received a very warm welcome from the staff. For sure I will share my experience about The Accord Metropolitan, chennai to all my friends, colleagues and family . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
