PATHETICALLY POOR SERVICE!!!!I made a booking through Zomato and the booking was "Confirmed". but then the restaurant denied us seat saying they were full. They denied even though the booking was confirmed by them. And no - there were extra requests and we're not late.Due to the experience last time (they kept saying they have to close the kitchen), I called them to confirm the closing time. At that time (they didn't even call me myself and say this), they said that they are full and that they cannot honour the booking. I asked why was it confirmed by them on zomato earlier and they kept ranting around how they emailed and zomato didn't block bookings. Accord is a five star hotel I believe (could be wrong). This is not a regular fine dining restaurant or a street shop. To imaging they have this level of unprofessionalism is very bad. Even after confirming, they didn't call me. i called them so many times and finally they directed the call to royal indiana. I was made to wait again as they gave the call internally to another, Mr. Gokul who said this. There was no logical explanation.if you are like me, you've been visiting here for 3 years or so, and planning to visit again, be prepared for a bad surprise. There's been problems with their service during their last 2 visits. At the premium level of pricing they charge, this is not the service I want and won't visit again.

What an amazing experience we had at Royal Indianaa. Chef Guru was fantastic and very humble. The food taste, presentation and the variety of dishes totally took us to another level of Royal and Rich culture. Each and every dish felt fresh and authentic.
