We recently dined at Southern Spice in Taj Coromandel, and it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambience is elegant and perfectly sets the stage for a premium traditional meal. We opted for the Non-Veg Thali, which was a wonderful exploration of flavors. A few standout highlights: • Chicken Ghee Roast: Perfectly spiced and rich—absolutely a must-try. • Bisi Bele Bath: Comforting, authentic, and balanced beautifully. • Elaneer Payasam: On Madhav’s recommendation, we tried this for dessert, and it was the highlight of the meal—light, refreshing, and delicious. What really elevated the evening was the impeccable service. A huge thank you to Govind, Madhav, and Shafi for looking after us so well. They were attentive, professional, and made us feel incredibly welcome. If you are looking for top-tier South Indian cuisine with service to match, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!
