We had an utterly distasteful experience, my friend was here to celebrate her birthday and bachelorette but the hoteliers treated us with utter disrespect irrespective of the table not being reserved, as if it was reserved. Himanshu and Amit from the taj team agreed but were absolutely unhelpful. Would not recommend anyone to celebrate for a special occasion at Taj. Only the so called treatment otherwise it’s wasteful. . Absolutely disappointed and disrespectful. Rate it 00000 : can even file a consumer case l against them for harassment of consumer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a great experience at Taj Chipstead. The service was outstanding, especially from AMIT – attentive, friendly, and made us feel really welcome. The drinks were excellent, and the vibe was perfect. Definitely coming back – thanks for making our evening so enjoyable! Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
