I love the place, atmosphere, ambience, and quality of all the ice creams, milkshakes, and sundaes. A frequent visitor to this place with my family and friends. Today, I had a very irritating experience with the serving person. He is not kind and the hospitality is very bad. Not responding properly and the way he presented the sundae we ordered was horrible. No proper clean presentation of the sundae. He just dropped the ice cream and poured the chocolate syrup randomly and the crunchies too. It looks like it was toppled and he served without any interest. That's not the way someone presents or treats the customer. Maybe this review doesn't sound serious, but the situation was very, very ugly. We did not purchase after that and left the place immediately.
