A local attraction - Ballard Estate, which is situated beside this restaurant, is a part of the original culture of this city. Indian and Persian cuisines are recommended to try at Britannia & Company. You can share tasty paneer, chicken roti and spicy chicken with your friends and spend a good time here. Being at this place, eat good berry dessert, custard dessert and caramel ice cream. Take your chance to taste delicious wine, beer or bitter. After a long working day, you can taste great tea, lemonade or coffee.

The cozy atmosphere of this spot allows guests to relax after a hard working day. The success of this restaurant would be impossible without the cute service staff. Absolutely Avoid: Britannia & Company - An Overhyped Disappointment. My recent visit to Britannia & Company was nothing short of a complete disaster, solidifying its place as arguably the most overhyped restaurant in Mumbai. If you're looking for an authentic Parsi experience, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. From the moment we stepped in, the "charm" of the "old ambience" quickly dissolved into a feeling of neglect and disinterest. The place genuinely feels like it hasn't seen a fresh coat of paint or a proper clean in decades, and not in a quaint, historical way, but in a frankly pathetic and unhygienic one. It's less "heritage" and more "abandoned warehouse.". But the truly unforgivable aspect was the staff's utterly rude behavior. They carried an air of condescension, as if they were doing us a favor by letting us dine there. Questions were met with dismissive gestures, and requests felt like an imposition. It created an incredibly unwelcoming atmosphere that overshadowed any potential enjoyment. And then, the food. Oh, the food. The infamous Berry Pulav, which seems to be the sole reason for this restaurant's lingering fame, was a monumental disappointment. At an exorbitant INR 900, it was bland, overpriced, and thoroughly uninspired. The promised "berries from Iran" seemed to have lost all their tartness and vibrancy, leaving behind a forgettable, mushy rice dish. The Mutton Salli Boti and the cutlets were equally unappetizing. The mutton was tough and lacked the rich, complex flavors one expects from traditional Parsi cuisine. The cutlets were greasy and lacked any distinct taste. For the prices they charge, it's nothing short of highway robbery for such mediocre fare. This restaurant survives purely on its historical reputation and relentless hype. It's a relic that has failed to adapt, offering a poor dining experience with overpriced, underwhelming food and truly offensive service. Mumbai has a wealth of incredible culinary gems; Britannia & Company is definitely not one of them. Save your money, and more importantly, save yourself the frustration.
