Your salads are awesome. But the grilled chicken double cheese sandwich just did not work. The meat tasted like it was partly uncooked.

Bombay Salad Co. Saturday afternoon, 2 pm. The café was buzzing, almost too full to imagine getting a seat. But we got lucky. The place felt alive, conversations floating, sunlight spilling through the windows, staff gliding from table to table with purpose. I have been trying to eat cleaner lately (not a saint, just a little less junk). Menus like this feel like a test. After a quick chat with the server and some app browsing, I picked the Avocado & Feta bowl (₹360). He asked if I wanted medium or large. I went with medium. When it arrived, I had to laugh this “medium” is a whole meal in itself. Fresh, creamy, and big enough to make me pause halfway. And somewhere between bites, I learned that those peppery leaves I’ve been eating for years are called rocket. We paired it with a Peach Pie Smoothie (₹350) thick, nutty, and surprisingly filling and an LA Bowl with Quinoa + Falafel (₹460). By the time we reached the last bites, two of us were negotiating who would finish what. The portions here are generous. What I loved: 1. The vibe: bright, busy, but not chaotic 2.
