"I visited Mumbai with two Black American friends and we went to Woodside in Bandra for dinner. The experience was disappointing. The staff seemed resistant and struggled to take our orders. They asked us to pay first, which we thought was a restaurant policy. After paying, they served our food. When we ordered cocktails, they again asked for payment upfront. We paid and received our drinks. However, I noticed that everyone else in the restaurant was paying after being served. We called the manager, who initially said it was a house policy. We pointed out the inconsistency, and he apologized after consulting with his superior. We were then able to order another cocktail without prepayment. But during our visit, one of the waiters stopped us and demanded payment again. We paid and left, feeling frustrated. This was an unbelievable experience, and I've never had issues at other places.generally they were showing us unaccepteble and disrespect behaviour. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
