Just had a fantastic meal at Project Hum. If you think healthy eating means compromising on taste, this place will change your mind. Chocolate Smoothie: Mind-blown that this is sugar-free! It was rich and perfectly sweet; you’d never guess it was the healthier choice. Spiced Grilled Chicken Breast: Hand down the best chicken breast I’ve ever had. Super juicy and perfectly cooked. The "Hum green paste" on top is a game changer. Sides: The sweet potato fries and sprouts salad were fresh and delicious. Vibe & Service: The ambience is great and the staff are incredibly polite. A huge plus for the clean and hygienic washrooms. It’s also pet-friendly. Note: Parking can be a bit tricky, so plan accordingly. Highly recommended! Went here solely for the Hum Chocolate Cake! So rich and decadent without the calories and guilt! Absolute cheat day heaven. Not to mention the oat milk matcha latte is some of the best matcha I’ve had in the city (floral fruity matcha with earthy notes) Bonus points for being pet friendly because I had the cutest dog sitting next to me, keeping me company during my visit!
