We visited Kanak at Trident and opted for "Naivedyam" Set menu package costing ~6,000Rupees per head. We had booked for dinner at 7pm hoping that we could start having dinner at 7pm but the first course- Starters was not served until 8:15pm. The appetite died down because of the late service and waiting for such a long time. As the service got delayed the desserts arrived even late and when I kindly requested the waitress to pack it to go - She packed all the sweets in one box as if she was throwing those desserts into a dust bin. The photo for the same is shared containing a horrible mess of gulab jamun, Qurbani sweet, Kheer. Even if one gives food to a beggar they will not give it in this way. Absolutely Pathetic service and extremely humiliating for the guest - Never expected such a big hotel to give this type of service.
