Bad mannered reception team. I stayed here. Asked for an invoice by email. The staff in the reception promised but never cared to send. I tried calling the hotel 3 times and stayed on the call for more than 10 minutes each time. Nobody cared to pick up and answer. Please ensure that you collect a printer invoice and don't trust the reception staff Service: 1
