Regarding the capsicum (bell pepper), please note that this vegetable is a standard component in our traditional recipe for Chicken Lababdar, as it adds a characteristic texture and subtle flavor complexity to the rich tomato-onion base. However, it should never be an overwhelming or dominant ingredient. Based on your review, it sounds like the balance was completely wrong, making the dish unacceptable.
