The staff is really courteous. We had some doubts about our dish and they addressed to it. Chef came specially to address it. Though the only downside was the wait time for each dish. If it was mentioned it’ll take so long for every dish we would have ordered all together. None the less, Great service- Team Aasmana!

Deeply disappointed with Aasmana I honestly don’t even know where to start. What was supposed to be a simple, special evening for my father’s birthday turned into a complete mess — all thanks to Aasmana’s incompetent staff and their ridiculous handling of basic hospitality. I called ahead, spelled my name clearly, and yet the staff kept fumbling to find my reservation. I had to tell them myself to try checking by phone number — something so basic, it’s embarrassing that I had to suggest it. I come from a hospitality background, and I can confidently say this is not how guest interactions should ever be handled. At the entrance, we were stopped and asked if we were carrying candles for the cake. When we asked why candles aren’t allowed but lighters and cigarettes are, we were told “it’s policy.” Honestly, that sentence sums up the entire experience — robotic, thoughtless, and completely disconnected from customer care. And the final blow — we had brought a cake for my father’s birthday, as we’ve done here before, and even handed it over to the staff. When it was time to celebrate, they refused to bring our cake and instead got their own. They claimed we had to sign some “declaration form,” which nobody mentioned earlier. After unnecessary arguments and a ruined mood, they casually said, “You can cut it anyway.” It was humiliating, frustrating, and heartbreaking. A place that once held so many good memories for our family completely failed to show even basic courtesy. I’ve recommended Aasmana to so many people in the past — but after this, never again. A little empathy, presence of mind, and proper training would’ve gone a long way. Sadly, all of that seems missing now.

Hopless...just hopeless...staff is really rude...we got our own cake to celebrate my birthday ...we gave it to store...it was just mentioend outside food not allowed not that we would not be allowed to cut our own cake..when we called for our cake without informing us they just got thier tiny winy complimentry cake and when asked where is our cake they mentioed outside food not allowed...then in the first instance itself they should have mentioend that we shall not allow you to cut your own cake ...really spoilt the good evening that we planned on...never going back there ...also asvice amd warn people planning on taking your own cake to cut for your celebration at this resturant youll get insulted by not being allowed to do so...really dissapointing and hopeless.
