I had been to Paashh twice before the following incident and loved the food, ambience and service. But it was the epitome of horrible service and I had to report this. I decided to visit Paashh for a very special occasion on a week night and had reserved a table. Since I was running late, I called the restaurant to ask their closing time and was informed it to be 11 pm. We reached before 9:30, placed and received the order quickly. The staff informed us to place the last order and as we were still eating at 10:15 pm we were handed the bill and many lights around us were turned off which was extremely rude. When I informed that I was told the closing time was 11, the response was that that was for the main gate and the staff leaves by 10:30. How am I supposed to know that as a customer? I wanted it to be a relaxing dinner with good food and ambience, but was highly disappointed with this behaviour. Maybe the staff needs to be given better training on their behaviour and communication.
