Hi Ajay,I’m really sorry for the poor experience you had, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long for your order.In this case, we received your order at 15:01:53 and had the food ready by 15:07:35. Unfortunately, the delivery agent only picked it up at 15:51:42 and it was delivered at 16:25:41. The delay was on the delivery side, which is handled by Zomato. I’m sure they will take this seriously and work to reduce such incidents in the future.That said, I truly value your support, and I’ll also share this feedback with Zomato so we can ensure a smoother experience for you going forward.
