An Absolutely Wonderful Group Dining Experience at Lafayette! We recently visited Lafayette by Mug Cakes, Chennai, as a group of 20 people, including kids, and the entire experience was simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was very well organised and smoothly managed, which is especially impressive when you’re handling a large group with children. The ambience was lovely, the food was enjoyable, and there was something for everyone with their wonderful mix of Italian, American, Continental-inspired dishes and an impressive selection of desserts. But the real showstopper for us was the cakes and desserts! They were absolutely outstanding — beautifully presented, indulgent, creative and incredibly delicious. The desserts were easily one of the highlights of our visit, and there was something tempting for every sweet tooth. The variety of cheesecakes, mousses, pastries, mug cakes and other desserts makes Lafayette a place I would particularly recommend for dessert lovers. A big shout-out to Arun for the excellent hospitality and for taking such good care of our group. His attention to detail, friendly approach and willingness to make sure everyone was comfortable made a real difference to our experience. Managing a group of 20 so efficiently deserves special appreciation. The combination of good food, fantastic desserts, a pleasant ambience and excellent hospitality made this a memorable outing for our entire group. Lafayette is definitely a place we would be happy to visit again — especially for those incredible desserts!
