The Bedford Bakehouse and Tearoom is the latest entry in Banjara Hills that promises to offer European-style cuisine and some amazing healthy food options.It's a Tearoom and one thing about this place - They take their tea quite seriously. Well it's definitely worth experiencing this gem of a place it was all worth it be it the delicious healthy finger licking food or interior was just perfect. Maska Bun : It's a super-soft, slightly sweet, somewhat large bread-bun, sliced in half and slathered generously with Maska (Musk-aa), aka, butter. One bite, and you close your eyes to focus on the Yumm.. Indian Railways Style Cutlet : If you have travelled by train in India, you know exactly what I am talking about. These cutlets are not just bursting with flavour but also with nostalgia. These cutlets are offered in Indian railways mostly during breakfast with bread, a dingy ketchup sachet, fries and some boiled peas, and they have been a part of the menu since time immemorial. They are crispy on the outside, and crumbly on the inside. The mix of vegetables used in the cutlet is the true USP of the dish. Chia Breakfast Parfait : A healthy and delicious chia seed parfait that's loaded with nutrients and deliciousness. This is a tasty way to start your morning! Naturally gluten free. From budget perspective the rates are slightly higher not a lot though
