This cafe is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. 4.6 is what The Pet Cafe Hyderabad got from the Google rating system.
Yesterday I visited this beautiful pet café in Hyderabad, and honestly, it was such a wholesome experience! Everything—from the hygiene (for both humans & pets) to the delicious food and the warm, welcoming vibe—was just perfect. The services were top-notch and the owners’ behavior was so kind & genuine, it truly made the visit extra special. What touched me the most is that the owners themselves run animal shelters & rescues, which is such a noble and heartwarming deed. Supporting a place that not only serves amazing food but also spreads compassion made me fall in love with it even more. Highly recommend this café to all pet lovers—it’s not just a café, it’s an experience filled with love, kindness & wagging tails! Such an amazing place! The host is so kind & takes time out to familiarise you with the stories of each of the doggos. The staff is super courteous & thoughtful. They encourage pet interaction & take care of things around. Very thoughtful place. The food is absolutely amazing! The cheesecake was brilliant stuff - had 2 of them guilt free! If you are looking forward to having a pawsome time The Pet Cafe Hyderabad should be your go to place. No matter how bad your day was this will be the highlight of your day. The hosts are amazing hoomans, so welcoming, warm and kind. I really liked what the founders are doing. Very noble cause. When you enter they give an introduction of all the animals, names and the mishaps which they have been through, after that you are free to pet and play with them.My favourite was Mia, the most older one female dog (11 years), there are many others as well Lexi, Idli , Dosa, Scotch and others. Food is also good, though service takes some time. They were kind enough to cater to my food specifications. Must go if someday you feel you need extra love and positivity. Oh yes, Don’t forget to empty your phone storage before going to the cafe, every corner is so aesthetic and of course our awdorable furry hosts will make you too tired of clicking pictures and videos. Note - Every animal over there has a story so take your time to get to know them as they are rescued and looking for forever homes.
