We had an amazing dining experience at Bislotte, Calicut! The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal with friends or family. We tried a variety of dishes, and each one was a delight: • Chicken Wing Dynamite: Perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice and flavor. • Alfredo Chicken: Creamy, rich, and incredibly satisfying. • Cajun Chicken Breast: Juicy, well-marinated, and packed with flavor. • Loaded Fries Chicken: A comfort food dream – crispy fries topped with generous, flavorful chicken and sauces. • Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad: A refreshing and balanced dish with perfectly grilled chicken and crunchy croutons. The service was prompt, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation of the food was on point. Desserts were pretty average. Word of advice to other cafes - do not microwave croissants, that's not how it works. Their cheesecakes were a bit too sweet, and their bases, crumbly. Overall it was okayish for the price (240₹). Croissants were a mess. The fillings were alright but it was microwaved. So it felt lukewarm with a core of molten lava. Besides that, I doubt it was freshly made either. I thought this was a bakery, hence why I'm focusing on the desserts more. Seems like their pastas and other cafe food are well liked. I'll let you be the judge of that. As for desserts, unless you're into the ambiance it provides, I recommend some other place.
