I have eaten at Hyson many times over the years, starting from when I was in college almost 15 years ago. I have always liked the food at the restaurant. This latest time, I had the sweet corn chicken soup and fish fingers as a starter. I had appam and fish moilee for main course which was excellent. The service is excellent at the restaurant and I am sure I will be going many times in the future.
