The hotel is not suitable for corporate travelers where I stayed 1 day in the hotel and as regular traveler and experience in staying 3 to 5 star hotel ,not carried dental kit ,shaving kit ,not ironed dress where I use to iorn in the hotel . Unfortunately , they won't provide ironin machine and they iron our dress ,charge Rs 35 for just pressing as shirt , dental kit, shaving kit chargeable . Only they provide bath soap, towels ( as ordinary lodge). They denote this hotel as 3 star and charged Rs 2630 from me for a single ac accomodation with breakfast for a night . .breakfast 2 to 3 main dishes available only. But we the guest like to call this hotel as 2 star in facilities they provide . I booked by yatra site when I check in , reception team confused even I showed trip Id and payment already made , spent lot of time in reception in which they are un able to find it where I felt no professionalism 1) For corporate travelers , many 3 star hotels (with 3 star facilities) available on this rate all over Kerala . Hotel Ibis , Kochi charge only 2600 for corporate travelers for their room with complimentary breakfast with multiple option , Hotel Hyson heritage Calicut where provide 3 star facilities and many more in Calicut . 2) The hotel is convenient for bus travelers where bus stand is near ,most of the travelers prefer train where it's not convenient I request hotel management to improve the facilities if it's 3 star hotel and charging 2600 above for a night Service: 1
