Dear Amit,We appreciate your feedback, but we would like to address the concerns you raised.At the time of your visit, our air conditioning was functioning properly and providing sufficient cooling. Other guests seated near your table were dining comfortably without any complaints. Our staff followed standard procedures and responded to your request respectfully, but we cannot operate both the wall fan and AC simultaneously, as this affects the system's efficiency and is against our operational policy.It’s important for reviews to reflect genuine service issues — not personal preferences or demands that are technically unfeasible. Your expectations were noted, but making public claims that suggest poor service and atmosphere, when the environment was objectively comfortable for other guests, is misleading.We always strive to maintain quality in both service and food.
