Worst service at Boisar outlet. Staff is rude and unprofessional. I wish to give not even a single rating. Firstly, they charged extra amount for the order saying is was "system error". I ordered a capsicum red paprika pizza mania in Fresh Pan crust which costs 119rs. But they charged 134rs for it. Secondly, even my order was ready i was never called to collect it and they kept me waiting. I was waiting for quite a long time and then questioned about my order. Then one of their staff arrogantly replied “aapka order hojayega toh bulayenge". When I highlighted to him that orders placed after mine were been delivered then he checked inside and said "ye toh kabka ready hai". Upon asking that why was I not called for pickup, the staff member rudely insisted they had already called my name, which was untrue. Even worse, when I said this service needs to be escalated, the same staff member dismissively responded: “Ha jao jao.. karo escalate.” This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only was I overcharged, but I was also made to wait unnecessarily, and finally treated rudely by your staff. Service: 1 Service: Takeaway
