The menu has a wide variety of options, ranging from traditional Arabic dishes such as leham brisket and al najik kebab to Chinese dishes. The tawa platter is a must-try, although it can be a bit pricey. The hookah lounge on the first floor provides a great place to relax and enjoy a shisha. The staff are friendly and attentive and provide top-notch customer service. However, some customers have complained about the mayonnaise dips not being up to par, and the staff can be a bit rude at times. The prices can also be a bit steep, but overall the food is worth it. If you're looking for an enjoyable evening with good food and great atmosphere, Zaatar Restaurant Calicut is definitely worth a visit.

Repeated disturbance isn’t service—it’s harassment. Terrible experience at this restaurant.Today visited with family and I clearly told the supplier I didn’t want juice or dessert, yet multiple staff kept coming back, asking the same question again and again, even after I said I’d let them know if I needed anything. Owner/Manager : Is this how you train your staff—to pester customers and beg for orders instead of respecting a clear ‘NO’ ? Management needs to retrain their team to listen to customers, Not hound them. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Service: 1
