Very disappointed with the Mandi here. The prices are way too high for such low quality. The rice was dry and tasteless, and the service was very poor. To make it worse, they didn't even serve the traditional soup or salad that usually comes with Mandi. Definitely not worth the money.

Today I ordered shawaya from Zam Zam Restaurant, Calicut, and it was honestly the worst shawaya I’ve ever had. I even found feathers on the chicken, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this standard. The meat was not cooked properly, and the whole dish felt carelessly prepared. Really disappointed with the quality. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their food standards.
