Being at this restaurant, taste perfectly cooked fish curry, fried fish and sambar. The good staff welcomes people all year round. If you want to enjoy fast service, you should go to Lunch House. Most reviewers think that the dishes are offered for adequate prices. When inside, the atmosphere is pleasant. Google users are quite generous with this place: it was rated 4.1 stars.

My recent visit to Lunch House Restaurant left me disappointed. Despite its old glory, the place was overcrowded for no apparent reason. The Ayala fry priced at Rs 80 seemed a bit steep, especially considering the lack of freshness in the fish. One major inconvenience was the lack of a visible token system. It was only after being seated that the supplier asked for a token, leading to confusion and disappointment. Having to backtrack to the counter for a token was inconvenient and disrupted the dining experience. While the fish curry in the meals was satisfactory, the rest of the dishes fell below average in taste. The restaurant seemed to be cutting corners by offering no-cost chutneys priced at Rs 65, which would have been acceptable if the ambiance and service were up to par. Unfortunately, the service was subpar, requiring patrons to make noise to get attention. Overall, Lunch Home Restaurant failed to deliver a good experience. With overcrowding, high prices for mediocre quality, and poor service, it's not a place I would recommend for a satisfying meal.
