I have ordered the Vietnamese pho and the broccoli in the soup have the “keeda” in it! I asked them to change the soup for me, this time I asked for another soup and told them to eliminated broccoli from it! but they told me that the chef have carefully picked up the piece this time! But again the same thing happened there was a bug dead inside the floret of broccoli. The spring roll filling was nice but idk it was cold! The watermelon juice was a disaster! They have blended alot of ice in it and they have also added sugar! which made it artificially sweet (on a bad note) I went to xochi with great expectations but sorry! The person who was managing the services at that moment was rude and in such a hurry because a huge group of people is about to come so he was focused mainly to them! Ignoring the small orders, he wasnt even concerned that the soup has a bug in it! The person who served us was polite Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

If it was possible to give 0 stars, that's what this place would get. Food did not even have any taste, cocktails aren't good. But what takes the cake is their horrible service staff. They will go to any lengths to disrespect the customer and treat them horribly. Very horrible staff behaviour and the management is even worse. They seem to have a huge ego over managing a restaurant and blatantly ask customers to leave the property just because they feel they can do so. If this sort of "hospitality" continues this place is very close to shutting down.
