Edited my rating from 4.5 to 3. Food quality and experience deteriorated. Roxie used be our go-to place but now things are bad at Roxie. Experience on 24 May 2026: 1) None of the dishes tasted great (which usually were good) 2) Their famous Genovese star pizza literally tasted like mass produced pizza - note that we have had this pizza earlier multiple times 3) Theft/cheating in their billing - the waiter shows you the bill but does not generate the bill unless you ask for it. Is Roxie trying to do Tax Evasion? 4) Also, they do not show split for voluntary 10% (earlier service charge) unless you ask for the "GENERATED" bill. Why hiding things from customers while you are anyway charging high. As a customer, I definitely feel cheated. Let's see if Roxie is brave enough to take proper steps for the feedback. Else there are multiple options in Bangalore. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
