We went to Kampot today for Lunch and it was a circus inside. For some reason the place was chaotic and it took more than an hour for our food to arrive. When enquired, the waiter said it is about to be served and asked for 2 minutes. 10 minutes later, when we enquired again, we were told that it was still not made. When we asked for the order to be cancelled, he said every table is delayed and even other tables are not getting their food so please wait. When we asked for the dish to be cancelled and the bill be given so we could leave, he decided to go inside the kitchen and try to get out food. Another 10 minutes passed and we still didn't get our food or the bill. I had to go to the computer and ask another server to give my bill! One of the worst experiences I have had at any restaurant in Bangalore. I would encourage the management to either reduce the number of tables if they can't cater to these many or increase their staff! the place wasn't even full and this was the experience. Extremely disappointed and won't be going again to this place! It's a pity because the food is not bad.
