Ambience was good. I went there early at 12pm, so maybe their service was delayed. I had a pre- booking done. I asked for the bar menu, and ordered something, which they took very very long to serve. We visited Xspicy during Durga Pujo with my friends to experience their Pet Pujo offer.It was a grand affair the elaborate lip smacking bengali menu consisting of bhetki paturi chingri malai curry and kosha mangsho was awesome.The service was pro active and courteous.
