I booked a deluxe room, and the experience far surpassed my expectations. The room was beautifully maintained and had an upscale ambiance, making it feel like a luxurious stay rather than a budget option. The service was impeccable. I requested extra towels and hangers during my stay, and the staff promptly fulfilled my requests with a cheerful attitude. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a variety of Indian and continental options. Every dish was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared. On the day of checkout, I was running slightly behind schedule and requested an extension for breakfast beyond the usual 10:30 AM cutoff. The staff graciously extended the time until 10:45 AM without any hesitation, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The reception team deserves special mention for their warm and helpful demeanor, which added to the overall charm of the hotel.
