Come for the drinks, stay for the dramaApparently, at The Spirits, you get billed for what you might have drunk in a parallel universe. We ordered 4L of beer, but got charged for 5L—maybe they thought we’d be too tipsy to notice. When we asked to check the CCTV, we were told to pay first and come back tomorrow to see the footage. Classic customer service, right? After an hour of waiting (and zero cooperation from the manager, Sandeep Mistry), they finally realized—surprise!—we were right. So yeah, check your bill. Unless you're okay with being gaslit while sipping your beer.
