No tissue paper in the washroom and hand dryer not working. Food was average - chilli tofu and bharwa mashroom. Have asked to send chef for training

We went out for dinner yesterday, and my husband and I were looking forward to it. This was his first visit to India, and I had mentioned that to the servers, yet they still seated us in the rooftop area, where bugs were flying around. After one of the bugs landed on his head, they finally moved us downstairs. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was either too salty or undercooked. The sangria I ordered was served warm and not in a chilled glass. When I had to send back a dish, they simply warmed it up and served the exact same plate of Kung Pao chicken. It was clear that they didn’t prepare a fresh bowl. The servers were unfriendly and arrogant, staring at us constantly throughout the meal. Overall, we had a horrible experience.
