I have been going to the Town Hall for years but this time round, it seems to have lost its sheen. I visited for a reunion with old friends but it was so noisy that we could barely hear each other. Food was lacklustre. Would not go back anytime soon. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+

My friend and I went to Town Hall only to have left with a disturbed state of mind. We ordered their breakfast and lunch/brunch each since they had a rule of no sharing (ridiculous right?). Both are full course meals and we were told that they come in small portions anyway. The starters were all delicious and we were already full by the time the main courses were served. So we asked them to be packed for takeaway since they were already on the table untouched and they refused! Apparently, breakfast and lunch are not allowed for takeaway! They were going to throw away the untouched food (I mean not even give them away to charity). Food which we paid for! What kind of rule is that?! The Manager said she will check but she never came back to let us know. We have never heard of such a ridiculous rule where they refuse the customers the food they have paid for. Where is the conscience to even be sustainable and not waste food. All the joy from enjoying their food just went down the drain and we left the restaurant fuming with disappointment. So when I googled the owner of the restaurant and read his background, it made sense why they have such a heartless rule in the hospitality industry. Don't throw your money on such a pompous and selfish establishment. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹2,000+
