Found a hair in my food. When I overturned my container of rice into my plate, a long hair belonging to a woman fell out. It was so entangled in the rice that it clearly fell during preparation. I reached out to town hall management via message and they were so non chalant about the issue as if it isn't a major deal. They kept saying we'll give refund (which I haven't gotten). I didn't even ask for a refund, I wanted to bring this to the attention of the management there for other peoples orders. To their credit, they offered to send another item but why on earth would I eat from the same place? They genuinely seem very callous about all this. I told them that if we can resolve this issue today, I won't post a review but they didn't respond to me. Didn't want to write this review but the management at town hall clearly doesn't care enough. Shocking that a restaurant that prides itself so much and charges these prices is lacking basic sanitary measures. I'd request Zomato to look into this

Town hall suits a large family’s needs with wide variety to choose from (they specialise in Asian food). The food was amazing, and the service was great. Yazendra was very warm and hospitable
