American Express Bakery exudes quaint café vibes, complete with beautiful tile work, charming photo frames, and artwork by Mario Miranda that adds to its character. We tried the chocolate mousse, and the creamy texture was absolutely worth it. The servers were polite and attentive, making the experience even better.
