Extremely Disappointing Experience at U Turn Restaurant :- I visited U Turn Restaurant with my friends on Saturday night for dinner, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We had booked our table on Zomato for 10:15 PM and even paid the cover charges in advance, yet when we arrived on time, we were told to wait for an hour. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unbothered about our reservation. After a lot of arguments and unnecessary drama, we were finally given a table. To make things worse, there was a police raid, which completely ruined the mood and the evening. The lift wasn’t working, the place felt shabby and mismanaged, and customer service was extremely poor. Even after paying in advance, the experience was frustrating, chaotic, and disappointing. I would strongly advise against visiting U Turn Restaurant — they seriously need to work on their management, staff behavior, and customer respect. Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800

U turn sports bar is one of the popular restaurant in Mumbai. This rooftop restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating also.
They have excellent variety of food and drinks in menu.
Service was fast and attended was polite.
