Rude and unresponsive behaviour of all staffs. Visited on March 22, 2025 1) We asked for tissue rolls, which was not provided. 2) Breakfast was pathetic, that too on the roof top which was scorching hot, when asked to turn on AC, it was not working. The guy serving breakfast had a grumpy face all the time which made all uncomfortable. 3) Sarcasm and taunts comments from receptionist while entering, during stay and while exiting the stay. 4) Swimming pool always kept dirty and unhygienic. 5) Lastly, the rooms, hotel, swimming pool doesn't look the way it is shown online, it's much much worse than its shown in online pics.
