Exceptional Service by Ms. Janani Made Our Visit Memorable We visited this café twice with our family, including kids, and I’d like to extend a big thank you to Ms. Janani. During our first visit, when most cafés in the area were still closed until noon, Hope Café was open and already quite busy. Despite the rush, Ms. Janani single-handedly managed the floor—clearly communicating accurate wait times, ensuring tables were turned around promptly, clearing bills, and preparing tables for the next guests. While the overall service team seemed dis-organized and in need of better training and accountability, Ms. Janani stood out with her professionalism and warm attitude. Even as some guests were being turned away by others, she welcomed everyone with a smile and politely managed expectations around waiting time.
