Do NOT recommend! We arrived at 9:45 PM for dinner, well before their 11 PM closing time listed on Google. They refused to serve us, claiming they were closed and we're only open for desserts! The manager, Ravikumar, was incredibly rude and unapologetic. Save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere!

The staff’s ignorance is staggering—orders are forgotten, requests ignored, and you’ll wait endlessly just to place an order, let alone receive it. Getting the bill feels like begging for a favor, with delays stretching patience thin. The colonial charm can’t mask the chaos of indifferent servers who treat customers like nuisances. It’s a heartbreaking clash: exquisite cuisine ruined by Pondicherry’s most deplorable service. Visit if you can endure the ordeal for the food alone.
