We decided to go here because of all the hype but the food was such a disappointment. We found hair in our food and their best "seller drink" the passion fruit one was just a lemonade. This place is so expensive and definitely not worth it. If you are going in for the instagram then the place is worth the shot because the ambience is really nice. We saw the waiters fight with each other abusing the other in front of the customers. Overall I had a very bad experience, definitely not recommending this place. It's all hype nothing fits in reality.

Getting the bill feels like begging for a favor, with delays stretching patience thin. The colonial charm can’t mask the chaos of indifferent servers who treat customers like nuisances. It’s a heartbreaking clash: exquisite cuisine ruined by Pondicherry’s most deplorable service. Visit if you can endure the ordeal for the food alone.
