My first dining experience at Via Bombay and really loved the food. Came for lunch buffet for Cheti Chand festival and the sindhi delicacies were delicious Quality of food was superb and the waiters there very professional, kind, polite and the service they provided was excellent. The dal pakwan was absolutely delicious, the chola double was mind blowing and flavours of it was bang on and arbi tuk was exceptional, though would have preferred the traditional aloo tuk with Sindhi curry, but arbi tuk was something new that I tried and was crunchy & yumm. Sai bhaji and buga chawal was also delicious, the fragrance of whole spices was prominent in the bhuga chawal and it was soo flavourful. The palak shorba was soo light & delicious and also the sev puri. The phirni was such a delight. We really enjoyed our lunch buffet and looking forward to dining there again. Great work Via Bombay and keep up the great work and quality of the food
