This restaurant is a right choice if you are in the mood for the Mughlai cuisine. Taste perfectly cooked seekh kebabs, creamy pasta and curried lasagne. Butterfly High is proud of good creamy cheesecakes, baklava and orange brownies. Delicious rose gin, tequila or martinis are worth trying here. Guests visit this place to drink great chocolate frappe, hot chocolate or fruit punch.

I’ve been a regular at this place, visiting around 7–10 times a month with an average bill of ₹700–1000 per visit. During my recent visit, I was stopped midway through eating and told that outside food is not allowed (I had a small piece of confectionery), even though my partner had already placed an order. This was communicated by a staff member named Paresh. If this is a strict policy, it needs to be enforced consistently and communicated upfront. This has never been flagged during my earlier visits, which makes this instance feel inconsistent and poorly handled. Stopping a customer after they’ve already started eating reflects a lack of basic service sense. Situations like this should be handled with more awareness and professionalism, especially when dealing with repeat customers. This experience was disappointing and avoidable with better staff training and consistency. Service: 1

Yesterday, our group of 12 friends went to Butterfly High with a prior booking through the Zomato app at 7:30 sharp, which was the actual booking time. They didn't allot a table for 8, they gave the table for 6 and said manage for today, very unprofessional approach, when we see a place inside the COZY area, we request them to allot that table to us but they dined, we have 4 kids and 1 pregnant lady with us, I am agree that we booked for 8 but we went 12 with kids. they told us big table was already booked for the 8 PM slot. They manage the table for us at the outside sitting area , we also suggested that if no one claimed that table till 8.30 they have to give us that table, but they didn't call us, we left that place at 10.30 we saw no one claimed that table till 10.30, despite that the didn't allot. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Food was ok not worth it. Drinks were good. I will never suggest this place to anyone & I will never go there again.
