Our Review: 4.5 / 5:
Tuskers a heaven for vegetarian eaters is named after an animal named elephant as it is the largest land mammal to survive on a vegetarian diet. The entire décor of tuskers is inspired by Gujarat’s rich cultural heritage. They had pain-stakingly dressed up every inch of the restaurant in vibrant hand-made torans (hangings) and beautiful elephant miniatures. Each table was embellished with traditional lamps, parrot-green runners and ribbon-covered miniature horses, enhancing the overall festive look of the restaurant. Coming to food, keeping with the Gujarati trend of going spicy and sweet, the menu leans towards pleasing all vegetarian palate. Using the trio’s (Chef Mukesh Kumar Baghel, Diwakar Joshi & Maharaj Jankidas Vaishav) secret signature blend of flavourful and tangy spices, the offering includes a range of classic regional dishes. However some of their recommended tryouts are Ker Sangri, Gatte Ki Subzi, Bhatura Bites, Nawabi Tikki, etc. No doubt the service of this place is great and the servers are good in giving recommendations. Overall this place for perfect for an evening of luxury dining with your family.
