I recently dined at Vaiga's Oottupura Vegetarian Restaurant in Kuravankonam, Thiruvananthapuram, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The service at this establishment is abysmal - slow, inefficient, and downright frustrating. The food quality was definitely not up to the mark. To make matters worse, the staff at Vaiga's Oottupura were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed disinterested in providing good service, and their attitude towards customers was unacceptable. Communication with the staff was difficult, and they were not helpful or accommodating at all. Additionally, the wait time for the food was exorbitant. Customers should not have to wait excessively to be served a meal, especially when the quality is lacking. It was clear that there were significant issues with the restaurant's operations and management. Overall, I would not recommend Vaiga's Oottupura Vegetarian Restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. The combination of poor service, low food quality, and unfriendly staff make it a place to avoid at all costs.
