Stumbled upon this cozy place in heavy rain while walking to my apartment nearby. Starved, I was in the mood to fill my tummy with some desi food. Instead, I ended up devouring a delicious Thai chicken dish with long-grain rice, followed by a slice of cheesecake for dessert. I loved the staff there — the food arrived right on time and was served with no fuss. I had made it clear upfront that I wanted to avoid all single-use conveniences like straws, paper napkins, or sachets of sugar and condiments. They understood exactly what I meant and followed my request without any ado. It was raining like a cloudburst. The kind lady at the restaurant waited with me for my Uber and even walked me to the car under a large umbrella. It felt so special. I can’t wait to visit the place again. We went on a Monday, a friend and I, and it was a post-lunch quiet time. We ordered food, and launched into our conversation, catching up about umpteen things. And by the time we came out of tbe bubble, it was almost 4 p.m. That was when I noticed that we were never interrupted or disturbed in any manner. And we had a good, happy time, after, yes, a "Longtime". Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch
