“Pizzeria Vaatikia Café” had been designed and developed by frequently visitors, travelers and students from Europe and America in 1992. They had been fed up with a lot of spicy and greasy food and become homesick for their own food. If you're at Varanasi and find yourself near Assi Ghat, Pizzeria Vatika Cafe is an absolute must visit. Nestled right on the Ghats with a serene view of the Ganges, the atmosphere here is both peaceful and vibrant a perfect blend of traditional charm and relaxed cafe vibes. While their pizzas are quite popular, the real standout for me was their Apple pie with vanilla ice cream. It's honesty one of the best I've ever had. The pie is freshly baked with a butterly, flaky crustand warm spiced apples that taste homemade and comforting. Paired with a generous scoop of smooth vanilla ice cream, it's a dessert that hits every note: warm, cold, sweet and slightly tart. Note- The waiting time is a lot(20-30min) so be prepared for that.
